For ~TwentysixthHour C: Her awesome Fallout Character Elise, who is totally a tank in heels.

I don't know what she's doing it just sorta ended up like that, I think it looks like running D: so that's what I tired my best to make it look like :/

Sorry I completely butchered her hair and dress, oh and that gun too OTL I hope you still like it.

I considered adding in a Charon... but I'd rather not butcher him as well .__.
